High Llamas London, UK
The High Llamas were formed in London in
1992 by Sean O’Hagan, John Fell and Marcus Holdaway. Rob Allum joined the
group
in 1993 and Dominic Murcott in 1998.
The High Llamas’ music was a distinctly different sound in the alternative rock-ridden
90s, basing itself in the comparatively complex compositional zone of pop music of the
1950s, 60s and 70s.
